What is Visible's device unlock policy?

Visible's unlock terms changed in early 2026, and they apply only to phones bought from Visible.

Phones activated on or after January 20, 2026 are unlocked by request after 365 days of paid, active service.

• Phones activated before that date followed the older rule, unlocking automatically after 60 days of paid service.
• In all cases the device must be paid off and not reported lost, stolen, or tied to fraud.
