It comes with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and $5/GB of high-speed data per month. You can use up to all $5/GB of data as hotspot data.
Data is deprioritized, so speeds may slow during network congestion.
Overall, I do not recommend the Ting Flex plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
