The Boom! Red 25GB plan has deprioritized data. Having deprioritized data means you may temporarily experience slower speeds during times when the cellular network is busy. You'll resume getting the fastest speeds available when the network is no longer busy.
All taxes and fees are included, so your grand total is just $39.99 per month.
Overall, I do not recommend the Boom! Red 25GB plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
